friendly staff customer service dirty bed dirty towel

the staff were friendly and go out of there way. i liked the level of customer service and attention to detail in the hotel facilities.

the beds were dirty and the linen were not washed . the pool towels were dirty to. i think that i wont stay here next time unfortunately.

fantastic stay!

friendly staff breakfast choices great care

The staff was always friendly and polite. breakfast offered plenty of choices for everyone's breakfast preferences, it was amazing!!! the spa is amazing. A friend treated me to foot reflexology, and it was heaven. i'm grateful for all the efforts and care the staff showed my family.

other than a slightly delayed meal delivery, everything else was perfect.

The buffet breakfast covered a large range of food groups, it was really good!!! the japanese restaurant served high-graded food. Every dish was prepared with excellent presentation and tasted amazing.

our villa was spacious and provided direct access to the garden pool, perfect. the amenities provided covered all of our needs, and the spacious room was very clean, providing enough space for our luggage.

three pools catered to different preferences and times of day. the location was near restaurants, so it was convenient to eat outside the hotel. the hotel provided everything a family could need.

attentive staff prawn spring rolls comfy beds

This location on a busy street worked well, i had easy access to many shops! the staff were also attentive. the prawn spring rolls from the pool bar were noteworthy. I liked them a lot. the beautiful room had comfy beds and a great shower. breakfast was decent.

Scaffolding on stairs made it hazardous for children.

The area offers easy access to boutiques and stores. Mexicola is literally around the corner. a free shuttle bus to a nearby village makes transportation simple. the hotel is only a short walk to the beach. The area is very accessible.

Jalentic and lena were always helpful! ade at the front desk was always smiling and happy to help. staff in both restaurants are amazing people. They ensure a nice experience. the staff's friendliness is really good

The breakfast has so much choice. everything is fresh and flavorful. dishes served at the hotel are satisfying. The breakfast buffet is one of the best i have had in bali. the pool bar menu also offers good options.
